"BEST PHO EVER"
Our family all had colds on our recent trip to NY. We went specifically for the pho and we were not dissappointed. This was hands down the best pho we ever had. We also started with the salt and pepper squid and that was heavenly as well. Very reasonable prices too.

Loved the food; the house special friend rice and the phenomenon pho is just brilliant! The service is friendly and they'll give you customised meals if you have a chat about your preferences. The vibe is fantastic, a definite big green tick on my list!

Cha Pa's is a Hell's Kitchen gem, that I am so glad I discovered! I had no idea that Hell's Kitchen had Vietnamese food, and just found out that they're the only Vietnamese restaurant in Hell's Kitchen!
